These terms govern your use of Wattpai, including the author studio, public story pages, comments, token purchases, and AI media generation features. By using Wattpai, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate account information and may not use Wattpai to impersonate others or bypass platform protections.

Your Content

You keep ownership of stories, chapters, character descriptions, prompts, images, comments, and other content you submit. You grant Wattpai the rights needed to host, process, display, publish, and generate media from that content as part of the service.

Published Stories

If you publish or share a story, video, or comment, it may be visible to other users and visitors. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to publish your content.

AI Generation

AI output can be imperfect, inconsistent, or similar to other generated content. You are responsible for reviewing generated text, audio, images, and videos before publishing or commercial use. Generation availability, model behavior, cost, and speed may change.

Tokens and Payments

Text-only writing is free unless stated otherwise. AI generation can require tokens. Token prices, included credits, and generation costs may change. Paid digital products and token purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by Wattpai.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Wattpai for illegal activity, harassment, spam, malware, deceptive behavior, infringement, sexual content involving minors, or content that attempts to exploit, abuse, or endanger people. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

Service Changes

Wattpai is evolving quickly. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time, including AI providers, token costs, publishing tools, and sharing options.

Disclaimers

Wattpai is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific generation results, or that published content will always remain available.
